How soon can you start my project?

Do you work in winter?

We generally do not pour concrete in winter due to Michigan's freeze-thaw conditions. However, under special circumstances — such as interior concrete work or when city regulations allow — we can proceed with a signed client waiver.

Do I need a permit for my concrete project?

Permit requirements vary by city and project type. Master Concrete can obtain county, MDOT, and local permits on your behalf — we handle the entire process so you don't have to worry about it.

Is Master Concrete licensed and insured?

Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer financing. We accept cash and check for all projects.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Do you do repairs or only new installations?

We do both — concrete repairs and new installations for residential and commercial properties across Metro Detroit, Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb County.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Our own crew handles every project from start to finish — no subcontractors, no surprises. You get the same experienced team on every job.

How do I prepare for a concrete project?

The best thing you can do is hire Master Concrete. After that, simply remove any valuable items from the work area and ensure that once work has started, you remain at a safe distance. Let us handle the hard work — you just enjoy the results.

How long before I can walk or drive on new concrete?

You can typically walk on new concrete after 24 hours and drive on it after 7 full days. For commercial applications requiring faster access, we can use a High Early Strength concrete mix which allows vehicle traffic after just 3 days — this option is available for residential projects as well, though it does come at a higher cost.

What's the difference between stamped and regular concrete?

The main difference is in appearance. With stamped concrete, you can choose from virtually any color — from black to yellow — and a wide variety of patterns and textures such as brick, stone, or slate designs. With regular concrete, you get a clean, long-lasting broom finish that's durable and low maintenance. Both are excellent options depending on your budget and style preference.
